Ways to reduce the costs for a class.
Pay a guaranteed flat fee and if more than 20 people show up, you make the profit (or reduce the costs per person).
-$500 or $25/pp Your group take care of the meeting room and screen
-$1000 or $50/pp Your group handles all copying – collating – binders - dividers – name tents – copying CDs – CD holders
-$25 and $5/pp Your group handles ACTAR CEUs
++ An example: Sunday fly to Chicago - travel time from home to Hotel in Chicago 5.5 hours would be billed at $120.00. On Monday: Meeting with client, travel to scene. 8 hours at $225.00 per hour. Tuesday: return home takes 5.5 hours at $120.00 per hour. Plus two days per diem (one full day and 2 partial days). For a total of $3,620 plus flight. (Plus whatever analysis and preparation must be done at an hourly rate of $225 per hour).
