* ADRC requires payment in advance any type of testimony work. An estimated invoice will be sent, with the hours billed slightly less than the average time. If there are any additional hours incurred, there will be an additional invoice sent. If the invoice has been overestimated, any overpayment will be promptly returned to the Client
§An example: Sunday fly to Chicago - travel time from Uncasville, CT to Hotel in Chicago 5.5 hours would be billed at $200.00. On Monday: Meeting with client, travel to scene, 8 hours at $300.00 per hour. Tuesday: return home takes 5.5 hours at $200.00 per hour. Two days per diem (one full day and 2 partial days) for a total of $5,200.00 plus the cost of the flight. This is for travel only and on site scene analysis only. This does not include the cost of case analysis and preparation, at a rate of $300.00/hour
